My name is Samy MICHELET, and I founded PRESTIGE HABITAT ROOFWORKS more than 15 years ago. Since the very beginning, I have always had the same passion: providing the residents of Zaventem and the surrounding communes with strong, durable, and aesthetic roofs, designed to withstand the unpredictable Belgian weather.

Together with my team, I’ve had the opportunity to work on very diverse projects. From renovating traditional slate roofs on character homes, to installing modern steel roofs on professional buildings, or adding Velux roof windows to bring light and comfort indoors — each project is a chance for us to demonstrate our expertise.

This profession is something I practice with both rigour and passion. I know a roof is an important investment for any family or business. That’s why I always take the time to clearly explain each step of the project, to provide free and detailed quotes, and to guarantee the quality of the materials we use.
